Dear Nell, 
Cathy + I have decided that we will leave Gloucester on June 8. Both of us must be back to work. 
Celia said she will be glad to come by Monday + Tuesday

to see that everything is in order, and we will inform Mr. Cudios that we'll be away for those 2 days prior to your arrival. Things are all in order- it was Mr. Swett who came by to turn the water on, and Mr. Richon will be by this week to check out the elevator. Cathy + I repaired the toilet with no problem- it merely needed a new tank ball. 
The primroses seem to be reviving. Some new purple flowers blooming out back- possibly gazanias? Thin, stringy blue petals, never have seen them before. The euphorbia are getting greenish. I've done some nice ptgs here, I'm a good student. The view upstairs is wonderful, quite a lesson in green. 
I can't tell you how we're enjoying out stay. I think we've seen everything you marked off and more. I've done very
