school, and it does seem like an awful place. The Smiths are the same except that Mary Rose has gone to school in Scotland, but the other two give the impression of at least three! Judy is working away at the store, and they are both back to their normal weights after gaining pounds on leave.

The Durhams have been here, staying at the other house, and we have seen quite a bit of them and find them very congenial.

Wills has done some more paintings on paper. I told him to use the canvas, and he said he would. The new group is about the same, except that once in a while they have a little more freedom.

I'll be back on the sixth and will call you. The La Montagne family all send you their best.
