Volo. for muster out, and states that ST.Avaper [[?]] is only recognized as in service until Oct. 1, 1865, date of muster out of company.  He has drawn pay to Nov. 30, 65 but for the time between that date and Oct 21,65, he will be called upon by A.G.D. to refund.
