Beyond Craft
Dear Connie and Ralph. May 7.

A quiet Sunday in the studio. The children are watching a film on the watusis. Enrique is discussing the chilean "situation" with a recently arrived friend and I am thinking about you as your long letter of last week.

By now you've received a post card I sent from Rome explaining that I am actually awaiting a telephone call or cable from Bill Morris of V. Kling Architects in Philadelphia saying they have taken the Wilmington project on to the site ready to be lifted in place (it is my responsibility to install it). I really don't know how custom's procedures will result this time and am holding my breath.

You must consider I am calling

Transcription Notes:
V. Kling: Vincent Kling, who would head the largest architectural practice in the Philadelphia region in the 1960s and 1970s and shaped much of downtown Philadelphia
