Next step in the textile magician's project is to raise money so the longer films can be made and then to program them with a traveling show. Fundraising will be tough with the present restraints but let's try. It's a challenge.

Yes, by all means, collect honors from Amer Craft or Kansas needleworkers. You deserve all of the noise they may want to make. It's long overdue.

You've always been selective and keep the standards high. Now the problem is most people don't even know what those standards are so we have to remind them.

The pink photo is a pile up of mine which will be auctioned at Sotheby's on Feb. 22 and appears in their catalog. Please tip off anyone who might be a bidder. It comes from a private collection in Calif.

I told Izzika's (Israel museum curator) son that he could stay at 44 St if he has difficulty in lodging while attending architecture school. More news soon.
