In spite of its size, this miniature projects monumentality, impact, completeness, with a range of materials and techniques. At the top, continuous wefts of natural silks are stripped with a magenta floss. At the bottom, slit tapestry combines the several tonalities and textures and silk and vicuna. The shaped selvages reinforce the solidity of the strong shell [[strikethrough]] which [[/strikethrough]] that separates the two areas.
