Sheila dear:

First of all, the surprise came. It is beautiful. The color is of course more than perfect. And it fits! I am thinking thin, and have eliminated scotch until such a time as I am back to my normal size 14. Como siempre, gracias. Dios te pague...

The news about eviction from the passage saddens me. How will I ever learn another address? But I am sure you will be able to find exactly what you want and not have the constant threat over your head.

Now on to business...I note that you say you will ship around the 26th of May. Daniel, in a conversation with Frederick, told him it would be around the 15th. At any rate, let us assume it will be around the 26h. This would mean that it will be in customs and will probably need a week or ten days for release. I will work directly with my old contact and consequently do not anticipate any problems.

May 28th begins the Memorial day weekend, which means that nothingwwill happen either on that Friday or the following Monday. If you should be planning to arrive at that time, I recommend that you and Daniel come and spend the weekend with us in New City and help celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. Fijate, treinta y cuatro anos con un solo marido....

Where will the children be this summer? If you are planning to bring them prior to their summer vacations, they can also spend the weekend with us, or just a day if you prefer.

I will be in New York from now on, planning only to go up to Maine at the end of June when the new baby is due to make an appearance. So let us plan to use the time when you are here for fun and other things. Let me know.

Como siempre, abrazos y besos en abundancia.
