MEMO TO: Sheila Hicks
FROM: Mildred Constantine
DATE: July 12, 1994

If Campari is in the ice box I am in residence, as you will find.

After I return I plan to have the tile floor cleaned and the rug in the bedroom shampooed and cleaned. I am not putting down the large rug at this time.

I think we have to take the complaints about the shower and the broken hardware in the middle window in the bedroom to Management and I really mean not to Bill across the street but to the people who really own the building. Maybe Bob or Sam can tell you how to reach them.

We are trying to defrost the refrigerator today but I hope that it can be done in the time that we are here.

I have ordered a pad for the bed and a new mattress for the couch but neither can be delivered until I am back.

The letter carrier has explained the following. Inasmuch as a year is almost up since you asked for mail to be forwarded to Park Ave. the mailman says that you need to get in touch with the Post Office or your mail will be returned to sender after the year is up.

Here is a copy of my letter from Perimeter for your own files.

Love and kisses.
