He is quite happy with the whole situation so that there will be some gifts this year and some next year. He will be joining us in Chicago on April 28th. I have checked with both my accountant and my lawyer regarding the lease situation. Neither sees a problem in my taking over the lease. However, I must have in my files a letter from you to me in which you indicate that you will sublease from me at the amount of -----. This of course is only for internal use, that is to say, between you and me. This will take all of the worry off our collective minds and we can go into it further when we meet on the 20th. Have you heard from the Perimeter Gallery? If not, please let me know so that I can discuss this when I am in Chicago on the 14th. Abrazos, Mildred Constantine MC:li
