Minutes of a meeting of the trustees of the Whitney Museum of American Art held at 871 Fifth Avenue, Borough of Manhatten, New York City, on    , March 1936, at 11 o'clock A.M. There were present: 
Mrs. Juliana Force 
Mrs. Flora Whitney Miller 
Mr. Frank L. Crocker

The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Force, Vice-President of the corporation. The Secretary there- upon submitted a notice of the meeting in the following form: 
Please take notice that a meeting of the Trustees of the Whitney Museum of American Art will be held at 871 Fifth Avenue, in the Borough of Manhattan, New York City, on , March ,1936, at 11 o'clock A.M., by order of the Vice President.

The Secretary stated that a copy of this notice had been duly mailed to each Trustee more than two days before the date of this meeting. He then presented to the meeting the written resignation of Mr. Wm. Adams Delano as a Trustee and as President of the corporation, reading as follows:
