Sec.2.  [[underlined]]Meetings[[/underlined]].  The Trustees may hold meetings from time to time upon the order of the President, or, in the absence of the President, upon the order of the Vice President, or upon the call of any two Trustees.  Such meetings may be held at the office of the Trustees or at any other place designated in the notice thereof.  The secretary shall deliver personally, or deposit in the postoffice with sufficient stamps thereon, at least two days prior to any meeting, a notice thereof addressed to each Trustee at his last known postoffice address.  Any Trustee may in writing waive notice of any meeting with like effect as if such notice had been duly given.  At any meeting three Trustees shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business and a majority of the Trustees present at any meeting at which there shall be a quorum may approve or take any valid or binding action on behalf of the Trustees.  At any meeting at which there shall not be a quorum, the
