I have the honor to transmit herewith Fifteen copies [[strikethrough]] each [[/strikethrough]] of [[strikethrough]] General Orders, [[/strikethrough]] Bureau Officers Manual [[strikethrough]] Nos. [[/strikethrough]] with additional emendations, forwarded by mail this day

[[strikethrough]] Also, copies each of Circulars, Chief Q.M.O., Bureau R. F. and A. L., Nos. [[/strikethrough]] the receipt of which you will promptly acknowledge, by signing and returning the accompanying letter.
