I respectfully forward herewith Transportation Orders, No. 410, 411 & 412, for transportation of Destitute & Insane Freedpeople, the same having been requested by Drs. Matthew Carswell & Murphy, & W.A. Adams, by letters to your office, forwarded to this office approved by your endorsements of date Feby 21st 1867.

In the application of Carswell & Murphy, for an insane Freedwoman, no name was mentioned; the name of "Johanna Roe", has been [[inpro??]] in the requisition.
