II  Mr. J.D. Rogers, Agent of this Bureau, will proceed without delay to  Macon Ga, reporting on his arrival to Colonel C.C. Sibley, Assistant Commissioner of Georgia for assignment. 

The Quartermaster's Department will furnish the necessary transportation
