FOR DISTINGUISHED SERVICE
IN THE FIELD OF FASHION


7:10 p.m. - RICHARD MARCUS, JACK LENOR LARSEN AND ISSEY MIYAKE gather at the left of the stage to be wired with lavaliere microphones.

7:20 p.m. - RICHARD MARCUS steps up onto the runway and welcomes the audience to the 35th presentation of the Neiman-Marcus Award which began in 1938. In past years, the award has saluted such noteables as Gabrielle Chanel, Yves St. Laurent, Bill Blass and Richard Avedon.

RICHARD MARCUS introduces Jack Lenor Larsen. has been a dominant force in Richard Marcus is handed the award statue from off stage.

RICHARD MARCUS presents the statue to Jack Lenor Larsen.

JACK LENOR LARSEN steps up onto the stage and receives the award. MR. LARSEN may make acceptance remarks, if desired. 

RICHARD MARCUS introduces Issey Miyake.

Richard Marcus is handed the second award statue from off stage.

RICHARD MARCUS presents the statue to Issey Miyake. 

ISSEY MIYAKE steps up onto the stage and receives the award. MR. MIYAKE may make acceptance remarks, if desired. 

RICHARD MARCUS invites the audience to enjoy the Issey Miyake show which immediately follows.
