Mmmmm, well I think everybody is talented, so they really don't have to audition for me. It's just that it depends who is around who's in the movie and it usually isn't... we don't go around looking for them. 

INT.

How do you find your stars?

ANDY

Well the stars are just around. Everybody is a star. 

INT.

But do you have particular favorites at one point or another.

ANDY

Oh,mmmm not really.

INT.

Not really?

ANDY

Not really, we don't have our particular favorites. It just so happens that when you start with somebody and they're so good, you decide to make more and more movies of them. 

INT.

I see. There's a very interesting thing that's happened, and I think this is part of the whole business about people dropping in all the time and all the activity around you and that is that somehow you have something thatsomehow attracts people which is very interesting because you don't operate the way other people do who gather circles of people around them. You know what I mean? ....
