And don't you think that special quality of openness that he has fits together with this in a way that makes it possible for him to generate all kinds of activity?
GERRY
Oh yes, because it could never be one sided. There has [[strikethrough]]k[/strikethrough]] to be that kind of exchange going all the time between people and himself.

It seems to me that the kind of scene you find in the factory couldn't take place in somebody else's studio at a different kind of, more positive, more aggressive personality, who are more concerned with expressing his own ideas than Andy seems to be at the time when he's dealing with people on that level. Do you think this is true?
GERRY
Oh yeah, well, everything is on a very informal basis and there's no pressure or everything goes very smoothly at the factory.
