INT.

WAS it a scene of a farm house .....

GERRY

No, it was a different scene altogether. It was a very private. I mean it was only Andy and myself and maybe an art critic or two (INAUDIBLE)...the first day I went there, Barbara Rose was up there and I met Barbara Rose that day and this photographer Ed Wallawich(?) and it was a very private scene. ... I mean it wasn't, there wasn't any room for people to be up there. As big as it was it was very uncomfortable to work, hardly any chairs or anything, so it was just really a working area.

INT.

And after you moved to the factory....

GERRY

Then the factory was the place where Andy would receive guests instead of at his house.

INT.

And is that how it started?

GERRY

Yeah.

INTO.

And what about the films. Would you talk about how that all began?

GERRY

Well, it started just when I started working for Andy....

INT.

Start by saying "The Films...."
