Dear Col. Twachtman,

I hesitate to write you again about the little picture which we want to send up for your inspection but as the owner is most anxious to find out what he can about it, I am doing so in the thought that with the Holiday rush my letter of the sixteenth may never have reached you. May we send the picture up to you?
