June 19, 1926.

Dear Colonel Twachtman,
Thank you for permission to send up the little sketch which I will do the first of next week. If you will put some kind of an identifying mark on it either name or initials, I shall appreciate it.

Please don't forget to come in and see the sketch of the house that came down from Mrs. Twachtman, because I am anxious that this should be put in condition as early as possible and it will be very hard to sell it "as is".

Mr. Dayton has sent me a copy of a letter just received by him from his friend Mr. Arnold saying that he will be very glad to come in here and hear what I have to say about you the next time he comes to New York.

If I can get advance notice of that time perhaps I can get hold of you and you give us a personally conducted to the Sulgrave.

Sincerely yours,

Colonel J. Alden Twachtman,
Greenwich, Conn.
