This Indenture made this 15th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine; between Willis K. Green & C.S. Bettich of the County of Williamson in the State of Tennessee, of the one part & G.H Hartupee, Geo Primm, & Jno A. Edmondson Trustees, in trust for the uses & purposes herein-after mentioned;

G.H. Hartupee & Geo Primm of the County of Davidson & Jno A Edmondson of the County of Williamson, All of the State of Tennessee aforesaid, of the other part, Witnesseth that the said Willis K. Green & C.S. Bittick for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars in hand paid, at and upon the sealing & delivery of these presents, The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; hath given, granted, bargained sold, released, confided, and conveyed, and by these presents doth give, grant, bargain, sell, release confirm and convey unto them, the said G.H. Hartupee Geo Primm & Jno A. Edmondson and Their successors, (Trustees in trust for the uses and purposes herein-after mentioned and declared) all the estate, right, title, interest claim, and demand whatsoever, either in Law or Equity, which they the said Willis K. Green & C.S. Bittick, have unto or upon all and singular a certain lot and Church-house, situate, lying and being in the Town of Nolensville County of Williamson State of Tennessee bounded as follows. Beginning at King Street running east with Murrays line one hundred & twenty four feet, North with Bitticks line seventy three & one half feet; west with Hamletts line one hundred & twenty four feet to King-Steet;
