I respectfully represent the Freedmen in and about this locality, stand greatly in need of Medical attention; and particularly of a general vaccination, as small Pox is raging in our midst.

Would it not be well to detail a Medical Officer, (a good Hospital Steward would suffice,) to make a thorough vaccination of every colored person in the County?
