Dear sir,

There are several cases in this neighborhood of Freed men and woman, that I do not know what to do with them, several old men and women who have no relations who can support them, minors who have no Parents, and no Brothers or Sisters [[strikethrough]] or Parents [[/strikethrough]] who can support them, some minors [[strikethrough]] whose [[/strikethrough]] parents may be living, but do not know where they are, also some deranged Freedmen. it is now time that all such cases should be disposed of. please direct me what disposition to make of such cases, at your earliest convenience.

Respectfully Your Obdt.
