Respectfully returned with report that I find Mrs Cooper retained the Bed Clothing of "Touns" untill she returned some clothes "Touns" had taken to work but, respectfully refer to Lt Cornells (late Provost Marshal at Carnesville before whom the Complaint was made) Endorsement who reports the clothes has been returned & "Touns" received her bed clothing"
