Respectfully returned with information that I am in need f the services of Lieut Bartholomew, h is now Actg Adjt of the Regt.
General Tillson already has on duty with him two (2) officers from the Regt.
I would prefer that my officers on detached services remain in this Department if possible.
There are two officers serving in the Co. to which Lieut Bartholomew belongs.
