We the undersigned of Oglethorpe County respectfully request that you address the Coloured people of this county at this place on the first Tuesday in December next or some other day as near that time as will suit your convenience. The negroes here will not make contracts for next year, we think you may be of great service in giving them instruction relative to thier duties. Please answer of your earliest convenience, that we may give the proper notice. Address your answer to G.F. Platt Esq.
