We are in receipt of your Com'n of 8th inst. in reply to ours of 5th inst. returning the transp. order not approved for the reasons stated. Please accept our thanks for your prompt reply.

We must again trespass upon your time and good nature by inclosing herewith two transp. orders for three (3) persons, of recent date, for the approval of Genl Tillson.

As we may find in our examination of the different Rail Road accounts against the Govt, orders requiring the approval of the A.A. Commissioner for Georgia, we will thank you in inform us the date Genl Tillson assumed said duties.
