Dear Lloyd,

I have just heard from Boston of your appointment to the Dallas Museum, and I wish to be among the first to extend to you my heartiest congratulations, for from what I have heard, Dallas is a very interesting community in which to work, and I am sure the fine qualities you bring to the position will be appreciated by the public there.

I have just returned from Europe a short time ago and have been very busy here in New York, and I do hope that if your professional duties have any need for such help as I may be able to offer you, you will call on me.

Please keep me informed of what you are doing and don't forget to send me catalogues of the exhibitions you will arrange.

With very best wishes and congratulations,
Believe me to be
Yours sincerely,

(James St.L. O'Toole)
