SPECIAL DELIVERY

December the sixth 1924.

Dr. W.R. Valentiner,
Indian Village Manor,
8120 Jefferson Avenue, Chicago.

Dear Dr. Valentiner :-

It is possible to have a good cabin on the s.s. COLOMBO sailing on February 3rd. It is also possible to have a passage on the s.s. PATRIA, but the Agent of the Plaza Travelling Bureau told me that the COLOMBO is a much better boat than the Patria. I was told there also that your cabin on the Dulio had been sold and that they would credit you the passage for the sailing on the Colombo and that you will even get some money back as the passage on the Colombo is less expensive than on the Dulio.

I am looking forward to seeing you here very soon; let me know the exact date of your arrival, because outside of the pleasure that I always have in seeing you I would like to take you to a client who recently bought something from us, about whom he would like a description to be made. It would be a very good thing I think for you to meet that gentleman, who will in a few years to come, have quite a Collection, for which he intends to have a catalogue.

With best regards to Mrs. Valentiner,

Pray Believe me,

Yours very sincerely,
