Attention of Dr. Walter Heil

As per directions of Mr. Rolf H. Waegen, we have forwarded to you today by express prepaid the portrait by Thomas COUTURE.

Enclosed herewith, we beg to hand you our memorandum bill with details concerning this picture.

Mr. Waegen will leave this evening for Detroit to stay for a few days at the Book-Cadillac Hotel.
