Just a line to ask you if you are not contemplating coming to New York shortly.

When I had the pleasure to see Mrs. Richardson in Detroit, she mentioned something about a trip to Europe which she hoped would take place around this time.

I trust you won't fail to let me know when you come so that I can have the pleasure to see you here.
