December 14, 1933.

Mr. Jacques Seligmann,
3 East 51st Street,
New York City.

My dear Mr. Seligmann:

I have seen notices of your exhibition of Cezanne water colors, although, unfortunately, I have not been able to see it.

We are planning if possible to have a Cezanne show here in February. Would you be able to let us have this group of water colors or any substantial part of them?

Sincerely yours,

E. P. Richardson
