Mr. René Seligmann,
Jacques Seligmann Galleries,
3 East 51st Street,
New York, N. Y.

Dear Mr. Seligmann:

I enjoyed my visit with you very much and I would be delighted if we could have in our Italian exhibition the two portraits - the one by Catena and the other by Geovanni Bellini - which you showed me.

As I was able to assemble enough of the earlier paintings, we are not including the eighteenth century; therefore I shall not need to ask for your Tiepolo Madonna which I liked so much and which I shall recommend any time that I have the opportunity.

The exhibition will last from the 7th to the 30th of March and the paintings will be assembled by Duveen Brothers on the 1st of March, so that the truck can leave on the 2nd.

Hoping to see you soon, with best wishes to you and Mr Germain Seligmann, I am

Sincerely yours,
W. R. Valentiner
