My dear Mr. Seligmann:

I am very sorry that I could not keep my appointment with you yesterday afternoon.

The meeting with the architect regarding the World's Fair building took longer than I expected and I had to hurry to catch my train.

I shall be in New York very soon, however, and hope to see you then.

With best wishes to Germain and yourself,

Sincerely yours,
W.R. Valentiner
