Dear Dr. Valentiner:

I just came back from a little trip and found your book on "Tino di Camaino". I shall do my best to be a salesman for you, and see if i can sell it to some of our friends.

I am sending you under separate cover a stained-glass window arrangement, and I am wondering if you think it would be of any interest for the Booth Chapel.

We had this stained-glass made to scale to show how they would look in sixteen window panels, and I believe that it would go very well in the Booth Chapel. The price is $15,000.

This stained-glass window does not belong to us, and I am trying to have the price reduced.

Do let me know if you think it could be of any possible interest.

With my kindest regards,

Please believe me

Yours sincerely,

(René Seligmann)
