Dear Mr. Grigaut:

Your interesting letter of Frbruary 16th was ackowledged in my absence, and having just returned to town [strike through] to town [/strike through]] I hasten to answer it.

To my regret and contrary to your belief, I am sorry to say that since my firm moved to its present quarters - that is roughly for the past fifteen years - I have hardly had any decorative works of art.

However, as it would give me considerable pleasure to be represented in your great exhibition, let me say the following items would be available:

Pair of Blue Turqouise Sèvres vases with ormoulu mounts, of the Louis XVIth period.

A Marble and Gilt Bronze clock of the Louis XVIth period.

Gold and enamel snuff box with miniature.

A gold and enamel pistol bearing the inscription: "En Madrid Franco Tagarone" and dated 1792 (a rare item indeed)
I realise this is not much in number, but at least every one of these items is of the highest quality.
Should you feel that any one or all of these can fit in your general scheme, I will be happy to supply you with photographs and additional data.

With personal regards,
Sincerely yours,
Germain Seligman
