Mr. Germain Seligman
Jacques Seligmann & Co., Inc.
5 East 57th Street
New York 22, New York

Dear Mr. Seligman:

As you know our exhibition, "The Two Sides of the Medal", closed a short while ago. We feel that it was a very great success and Mr. Richardson is very pleased with the attention given here and in national magazines to our efforts. This success was due, in part, to your cooperation and both Mr. Richardson and I are extremely grateful for your help. Please receive our very sincere thanks for a very friendly gesture.

Your Vuillard painting, "Attic Studio" was packed and shipped last week and trust you have received it by now. We are very sorry if this delay has caused you any inconvenience.

With cordial regards, I am,

Sincerely yours,
