Dear Mr. Grigaut:

Your lines of October 20th have just been received, and realizing that you are anxious to have my answer, I hasten to let you know that it will be perfectly agreeable to me should you wish to keep the painting by Vuillard in your exhibition for an extra week, that is, until November 6th.

I am glad to have this opportunity to congratulate you and Mr. Richardson on this most interesting exhibition. I am also admiring greatly the catalogue brought out and of which you were good enough to send me a copy.

With personal greetings,

Sincerely yours,

Germain Seligman
