March 29th., 1946.

Dear Sir:
Your letter of December 22nd., reached me with considerable delay, probably due partly to its having been addressed to our former building.
You were inquiring as to the whereabouts of the four (4) "Pleurants" from the tombs of the Duked of Burgundy, in the Clarence H. Mackay collection, and sold by my firm. In answer to your request, I am glad to be ables to tell you that two (2) of them were acquired by The Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland, Ohio. The two others were by a private collector, whose name I am not at liberty to reveal.
Trusting that the above information will answer your wishes,
Yours very sincerely,
(Germain Seligman)
