My dear Friend:

I appreciate your sending the photograph of "The Trinity." I did not mean to put you on the spot in asking for it and asking if you could quote me a price. I had hoped that by now Cleveland had made up its mind one way or the other. As I understood it, they had had the picture for quite a while, and you were expecting it back the last time I saw you. You are a honey to let me have the photo, and I will keep it under wraps.

I trust that you will be coming down this way soon--sorry you did not get down to the Atlanta opening, but we will look forward to a visit sometime soon. We will have some new things to show you which we have acquired in the last two years.

I just got back from Indianapolis and will be on the campus until the latter part of June. There is a great deal to do, of course, getting ready for our Commencement activities held the last of this month. I hope to get a little rest afterwards before embarking on a tour of one-night stands where I will be speaking at banquets being held for alumni and students throughout the country. The end of summer Mrs. Jones and I hope to take a short trip to South America, where I will be speaking for a few days. It is going to be a busy summer as you can imagine.

I hope you have a nice summer. Maybe I will see you the last of July--or will you be up in the cool countryside then? Kind regards.

Sincerely yours,
Bob-
President
