good eye), we will have him pick you out some. Maybe one of these days, I will be going back or one of our graduates will be going down as a missionary in that area. In this case, we will have him pick you out a nice stock of them.

I wish you could have been in Atlanta the other night for the Kress dinner. It was quite a gay occasion and Mrs. Jones and I sat with Mitchell Samuels, Mrs. Drey, and Kate Schaeffer. I mentioned to Mrs. Jones that it was a shame you could not be there, too. We would have enjoyed a visit. I saw Richard Howard and met his wife for the first time also. I am sure when the new gallery in Birmingham is finished you will have to come down for another visit, and we won't forgive you if you don't stop by Greenville.

With kind regards and best wishes, as ever,

Your friend,
Bob Jones Jr.
BJjr:pr President

P. S. I enjoyed the exhibition of religious art at the Dallas Museum. They had wonderful statues, ritualistic articles, vestments, tapestries, etc., etc. I did not see many good pictures: in fact, some of them on exhibition were pretty bad. I did not get to meet Jerry Byron--he did not come in the day we drove over from Fort Worth. They said he taught at SMU that day.
