Dear Friend:

Your letter of October 28 is here on my desk, and I am happy to know that the Vannuccio Crucifix will be in the December issue of the BURLINGTON MAGAZINE. I appreciate your interest in seeing us acquire the "Vision of St. Joseph," but since our budget for the time being is entirely allocated, it is probably just as well it has been sold. I would be interested in seeing a photograph of the Sano di Pietrowhen it is available.

I wish I could see the exhibit at the Washington Cathedral, but at the present time it doesn't look as though I am going to be in Washington in the near future. This past year we have had correspondence with Mr. Bayless, the curator of the Washington Cathedral. He has been very nice, and we have enjoyed our dealings with him. He has chosen two of our paintings to include in their Christmas card selection this year, and we are hoping that next year we can also work out something mutually satisfactory.

Again let me thank you for your letter, and our best wishes for a successful exhibition.

Sincerely yours,
Bob Jones Jr.
