Dear Dr. Jones:

Even - or perhaps, because - you already have a Bourdon and may shortly receive a Strozzi, I think you will like to see our paintings by those artists.

They are exceptionally beautiful, whether one is buying or merely admiring.

No, the matter of the painted Crucifix by Vannuccio has not budged - it has neither been definitely acquired nor released. However should no progress have been made by early Fall we will consider ourselves unbound and contact you.

But when you have time there is a painting you should see (not buy).... No, I cannot send a photograph and the price is astronomical, of necessity... but what sumptuous beauty. A French Primitive of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

Please dont misconstrue my enthusiasm.. even dealers enjoy the extraordinary and are not always trying to make sales.

Sincerely,

Mrs. T.D. Parker
