Dear Mr. Cecil:

A few minutes ago an impressive and beautifully packed parcel was delivered. It contains the Wallace Bagatelle inventory.

I truly admire the remarkable work you directed and I want you to know how delighted I am to have this most precious document. I hasten, therefore, to express my appreciation and gratitude to both you and Mr. Francis Watson for this most valuable attention.

Hoping we may meet again [[strikethrough]] the [[/strikethrough]] in the not too distant future and with warm regards to you both.

Sincerely yours,
Germain Seligman
