Dear Mr. Watson:

A little while ago I noticed in your name in connection with lectures you intend delivering in New York in early Spring.

May I take the liberty, therefore, to inquire about your plans in this respect, as I would greatly enjoy having an opportunity of renewing our acquaintance.

May I remind you that it was my privilege to meet you at a charming luncheon indeed at Mr. John Pope-Hennessy's.

When you do plan to arrive in our city, and where will you be stopping, in order to allow me to communicate with you.

Looking forward to hearing from you, and with best greetings,

Sincerely yours,

Germain Seligman
