Dear Mr. Davis:

It was good to hear that the exquisite little Ingres "Comtesse de la Rue" had arrived safely in Minneapolis and that you will speed her on for her Pittsburgh engagement.

Attached are pamphlets containing the data requested by you on the 18th, regarding the
- School of Fontainbleau "Lot et ses Filles" for which the price is $18,000.-

- Philippe de Champaigne "Vision of St.Joseph" for which the price is $40,000.-

Incidentally, while I have been writing these lines, the packer has taken delivery of the paintings for Mr. Washburn's great exhibition.

Should you feel that further data on either of these would be helpful, do drop me a line, as I am constantly in touch with Mr. Seligman, and probably would be able to obtain it for you.

Yours very sincerely,

Enc.
