Dear Dick:

Several weeks ago when you were in New York you evidenced interest in the monumental "Balzac" by Rodin and I told you I would temporarily hold it for your museum.

As I have not heard further from you do let me have your news in regard to this, as with the season nearing its end I would appreciate knowing whether your museum is taking it into consideration.

You also asked me to let you know upon my return from Europe whether the great Delacroix watercolor of the "Musiciens Arabes" could be made available for the exhibition you were planning.

Before giving you a final answer could you be so good as to remind me of the dates of which I have made no note.

Sincerely yours,

(Germain Seligman)
