Mr. Roy Peratrovich
1002 W. 30th
Anchorage, Alaska 99501

Dear Roy:

I recently learned that you soon plan to step down as Superintendent of the Bureau of Indian Affairs Anchorage office, and while I'm sad to see you leave, I wish you every success for the future.

Roy, I'd also like to take this opportunity to commend you for the time and effort you have dedicated in service not only to the federal government but also to the people of Alaska. As Superintendent, your eagerness to assist is well known. I have always had confidence in your ability to define, consider and resolve those problem situations brought to your attention.

I'm certain you will be successful at any endeavor you might choose to pursue and I hope you will feel free to contact me if I can ever be of assistance to you.

Warm personal regards.

Sincerely,
