Dear Sir
I informed this month by the Mayor of the City that there are several cases of small pox among the colored people and the City Council can not take care of them I have no means to aid them and unless the Bureau assist they necessarily must die they want me to remove them out of the city I have no place to send them What shall be done for them please answer by telegraph
