it for I have some practic, and my resolusions are the same and that society at the North that promised to send me some seed now is the accepted time and as for the money maters they have not been maid satisfactora yet and this loge is doing the best it can and I am sorey to say that Sherman has deceived the late party the Major has by witnesses [[crossed out] has [[crossed out]] found the money lacking as he has stated it to you we would lik to know of you what is best and your advice. we must have it I am sorey that I have to trouble you so much and hopes to make you som amendment for your troble in the end. what aver you advce is we will goe by. the Major has indivord to doe all he can on our part thus far he is our most amible friend. and doe will 
give my love to all around thare I hope I will receive your advce in a few dayes
